Vendor Policies:

Please review the guidelines for the vendors that participate in EcoFest 2026.

_{Set-up for the event will be from 7:00am until 9:00am on Saturday, April 25, 2026.}

_{Vendors will have parking provided on campus parking which will be closed to traffic from 10am-2pm.}

_{Vendors must secure tents with weights for each leg.}

_{Each vendor is responsible for having the appropriate permits and licenses.}

_{Each vendor is responsible for their own insurance coverage providing proof to Learning Gate as named additionally insured.}

_{Vendors must maintain a presence at your booth throughout the EcoFest 2026 event.}

_{Vendors should use products that are made from recycled materials or have a green/local theme.}

_{Booth sharing is not permitted.}

_{EcoFest will not be held responsible for damage, theft, loss or injury to vendors, vendor vehicles and or vendor booths.}

_{Tear down of vendor booths should not begin earlier than 2:00 pm.}

_{This is a rain or shine event. No refunds.}

_{We reserve the right to deny or restrict any vendor application that does not comply with the intent of EcoFest 2026. This includes any printed material, displays, taxidermy, noises, personal conduct, products or methods of operation. All booths are booked on a first come, first served basis by vendor category.}

_{Items and subject content of products and services must be age appropriate.}

_{Political organizations are not permitted}

_{Vendors must sign hold harmless agreement provided by the school by 4/1/2026.}

_{Learning Gate is a weapon free and substance free campus. Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol and tobacco products are not permitted.}
