Before and After Care

Aftercare will be available on school days from dismissal until 6:00pm (4:00pm on early release days).

All billing will be completed online through Supervisease. Payment information coming soon. Take a moment to login and create your account with them, it’s super easy!

Before sending your student(s) to Aftercare

Make sure that any outstanding balances have been paid on your EasySuite account.
Read through and complete the Annual Aftercare Registration form found on Enrollease under the forms tab. This ensures that we have all of the current information for your student(s).

Aftercare Fees are as follows:

Annual Family Registration Fee of $25.00
Daily Rate per student of $18.00
Weekly Rate per student of $70.00
Late fee for any student picked up past closing of $1.00 per minute

We will have homework time, outdoor time, and snack time. Basic snacks will be provided by the school. Our goal is to make Aftercare as safe and fun as possible for all.

HOW TO REGISTER

Ensure any outstanding payments are paid on your EasySuite account. Complete the Aftercare Registration form found on Enrollease under the Forms tab. Once completed you will receive a welcome email with detailed information to your registered email address in EasySuite. Please make sure your email address is up to date.
