Learning Gate is now accepting applications for the 25-26 school year and for the 26-27 Lottery. When the number of student applications exceeds the number of available seats, we hold a lottery. If there are more applications than there are openings, the remaining student applicant’s will be placed on the school’s waitlist. As stated in Learning Gate’s Charter Contract enrollment preference is given to siblings of currently enrolled students, children of staff members and children of Governing Board Members. The Lottery for 2026-2027 is scheduled for Friday March 6, 2026.
A separate application is required for each student applying for enrollment.

In order to apply for our lottery, follow the steps below: transportation is not provided**
Go to the Lotterease website by clicking here, or by clicking on the Lotterease logo below.
Select REGISTRATION
Enter the parent or guardian information on the registration screen. Do not enter your student’s information on the parent registration page.
Select SUBMIT.
Add your child’s information under the "ADD CHILD" tab.
Select Learning Gate Community School.
Select the correct grade level that your child will enter in school year you are applying for.
Once you have created an account, you will be able to:
Edit your account (update email address and/or phone number, etc.)
Remove your child from the lottery as needed
Accept or decline a seat if your child is selected immediately following the lottery.
